One of the most important things you will be managing from the Little Big Shop admin console are the orders that come through to your shop. For this reason, we’ve given you a couple of ways to notify you about new orders that have come in.

Dashboard

When you receive a new order, you will be notified in your dashboard.

You will see at the top of your dashboard area, there are two sections related to orders: ‘Open orders’ and ‘This week’s orders’.

Open orders

This number reflects the new orders that are yet to be completed. If you click on the number, it takes you to the ‘New orders’ tab within the ‘Orders’ section.

This week’s orders

This number reflects the orders that have been received in the past 7 days. Clicking on the number takes you to the ‘New orders’ tab within the ‘Orders’ section.

Orders

Alternatively, you can view your new orders by selecting the ‘Orders’ navigation item on the left hand side.

• Click on the ‘Orders’ menu item
• Select the second tab ‘New orders’
• A list of any new orders will appear
