View your account
To access your account
- Navigate to the top right of any page in admin
- Select your name
- A dropdown menu will appear
- Select ‘My account’
There are four tabs in ‘My Account’
- Account settings
- Subscription
- Payment information
- Billing History
Account settings
User profile
This is where you can update your login details.
- Email login: the email address you use to log in to Little Big Shop
- First name and Last name: these are displayed on the top right hand corner of the admin view
To update any of this information, edit the field details and click on the ‘Update’ button to apply your changes.
Change your Little Big Shop password
To change the password you use to log in to your account:
- Enter your current password in the ‘Current password’ field
- Enter the new password you would like to use in the ‘New password’ field
- Select ‘Update password’ to apply your change
