The Fulfilment feature allows you to integrate your shop with one or many third party warehouses. Fulfilment services can include the storing, packaging and shipping of items for you.
* NOTE: The Fulfilment feature is only available to customers on the Big subscription plan *
From your Little Big Shop admin Dashboard, click on the ‘Settings’ menu item in the left hand navigation.
Select the third link down titled ‘Features’
- Go to the ‘Fulfilment’ section

Click the toggle on the top right section to activate your feature
- Click on the ‘Save’ button at the top right of the screen
Navigation to the ‘Fulfilment’ page will appear in the left hand navigation under settings – click on the link to view the Fulfilment page.
Add a warehouse
If you have a fulfilment service for the products of your shop, you can add it here. Once an order is placed, if the item in the order is connected to this warehouse, the order details are sent to the warehouse system. The warehouse will update their inventory status accordingly.
To integrate your shop with a warehouse, you will need the following information:
- Warehouse Name
- API endpoint for Order
- API endpoint for Stock
- API Username
- API Password
To add this information:
- Click the ‘Add warehouse’ button
- An ‘Add warehouse’ form will display
- Enter the relevant information
- Click on the ‘Save and continue’ button to save and connect your shop to the nominated warehouse
Mapping
If you add a warehouse, you will need to fill out the ‘Field mapping’ form, which matches the fields in your Little Big Shop with the warehouse’s.
Here, you will map the fields in Little Big Shop to the corresponding warehouse fields.
- Update the relevant fields where the field name is different for the warehouse compared to the Little Big Shop field
- Once you are done, click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the form
Once you successfully connect your store to a warehouse, the warehouse will appear in the ‘Warehouse List’ section (with type Warehouse)
Add an email
On some occasions, a warehouse may not have API integration. In this case, you can add an email address, which ‘manually’ sends an email to your warehouse to get an order fulfilled.
To add this information:
- Click the ‘Add email’ button to the right of ‘Add fulfilment email’
- An ‘Add email’ form will display
- Enter the relevant information
- Click on the ‘Save’ button
- Once you successfully connect your store to a warehouse, the warehouse will appear in the ‘Warehouse List’ section (with type Email)
Warehouse List
If you have not connected your store with a warehouse, the list will be empty. Once you add a warehouse, it will appear in the Warehouse list.
- Warehouse name
- Type: ‘Warehouse’ and ‘Email’
- Status
- Mapping: making sure the fields in your store match the fields that your warehouse have (see below)
- Delete
Link a product to a warehouse
You will need to select the warehouse a product will be fulfilled by at the product level.
To do so, you will need to click the ‘Fulfilment’ toggle on the product page in admin, and then choose the relevant warehouse.
