Do I need to add more pages to my online store?

No, you don’t. Your Shop page serves as your main store page, and you can sell directly from there. You also have the option to add content panels to include additional information, such as your shipping and returns policies, if you wish.

Why is there an image template of products in the ‘Shop’ page?

This is a temporary placeholder to show where your products will appear once you start adding them. You can delete this panel.

Do I need any technical skills to use the Little Big Shop website builder?

No technical skills are needed — the builder is designed to be simple and intuitive, so anyone can create a professional-looking store without any coding experience.

Does Little Big Shop support blogging functionality?

While Little Big Shop doesn’t currently have built-in blogging features, you can still create a simple blog using the website builder. Just add a Blank Page, rename it to ‘Blog’, and use content panels to add and format your posts manually.

Can I use HTML to customise a content panel in the website builder?

Yes you can. Simply click on the ‘Code view’ icon on the top right of a content panel, and add your custom HTML. We recommend only using this if you are an experienced coder.

Can I add custom CSS to my Little Big Shop from the website builder?

Yes, you can. Simply go to ‘Website Builder’, select ‘Layout & Style’ and add your custom CSS in the box underneath ‘Advanced CSS’. We recommend only using this if you are an experienced coder.
